Almost all “green” creams sold online are fake. The genuine green contains 7% lidocaine, which makes it illegal to sell and potentially unsafe. Our Yellow cream provides the same strength as green but uses a combination of three numbing agents for safer, more effective numbing.

No, our cream is water-based, not oil-based, so it won’t affect the ink, your tattoo, or the healing process in any way!
We recommend letting your tattoo or piercing artist know, though it’s not strictly required. Always inform your practitioner if you’re using the cream for other aesthetic or medical procedures.
Once opened, the cream should be used within 2 weeks. Exposure to air reduces its numbing effectiveness, so discard any remaining cream after this period.
Each 10g tube should be applied in a thick layer. One full tube is enough to cover approximately a full forearm.
Yes! The numbing effect is only superficial, affecting the skin and won’t impair your limbs or ability to drive.

You can use sandwich bags secured with masking tape as an alternative. If nothing is used, the cream may not fully numb the area or the effect might wear off sooner than expected.
Yes! This colour change is completely normal and happens when the cream is exposed to air. As long as it hasn’t dried out, it will still work perfectly.
Yes! As the numbness fades, it’s normal for the skin to appear red. This happens because blood vessels widen again once sensation returns.
Yes! Our mildest fast numb (White) is ideal for delicate areas like the eyes. Make sure to apply carefully and follow all safety instructions.
The deep numb can provide up to 3–5 hours of numbing, while the fast numb typically lasts 1–3 hours.
No, we don’t recommend leaving it on for more than 2 hours. After this time, the cream will start to wear off and may become less effective.
